What is MDM?
Mobile Device Management (MDM) is managing devices from one central console: enrolment, apps, files, control and security, without going to each device.
Which devices does ICS MDM support?
Android (phones, tablets, handheld POS and scanners, kiosk screens, Android TV and TV boxes) and Windows (desktop PCs, laptops and POS systems).
How do I add a new Android device?
On the Devices page press “Enroll Android Device” and a QR code appears. Factory-reset the device and scan the QR code; the device downloads the app and shows up in the list.
How do I install the agent on Windows?
The console gives you one command (CMD or PowerShell) with the customer filled in. Run it on the computer and it enrols.
Do I need to install anything on my computer to manage?
No. The console runs in the browser.
Can I see and operate a device screen?
Yes, with live view and control from the browser, for Android and Windows.
How does kiosk mode work?
You lock an Android device to one app. You change it from the console whenever you like, without a visit.
Can I manage many customers?
Yes. Each customer sees only their own, with their own stores, users, limits and plan.
How does a new customer sign up?
By invitation. You can request a demo on the front page and we will get in touch.
Which languages does it work in?
The console and the e-mails are in Greek and English.
Is there an API?
Yes, with API tokens and usage limits, to integrate with your own systems.
